We are a unique charity which works with individual donors and corporate partners to release the value locked up in shareholdings.
We accept donations of shares, securities and related cash entitlements of all sizes. From unwanted low-value holdings, which we group together to make larger sellable amounts, through to larger donations of shares which can be a very tax-efficient way for donors to support charities.
We help clear up low-value shareholdings as well as cash entitlements arising from dividends, corporate actions and unclaimed assets.
By working in this way we create a pool of charitable funds which would not otherwise exist. We distribute these funds widely to charities in the UK, guided by donor suggestion.
