Irish Charities

ShareGift has now updated their donation policy due to the increasing numbers of donors based in the Republic of Ireland. Previously ShareGift has only made donations to UK registered charities, however donations will now also be made to a basket of charities registered in Ireland.     

ShareGift uses proceeds from dealing programmes and corporate actions originating in Ireland to make donations to a basket of Irish charities representing different sectors of charitable work. These will periodically change, and are selected to cover a wide range of charitable activities in Ireland. The list of charities currently includes: 

Community Foundation for Ireland

Irish Cancer Society

Barretstown

Youth Work Ireland

Focus Ireland

Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

ShareGift selects these based upon our own criteria and does not accept applications from charities seeking funding.
