ShareGift in largest Corporate Transaction of 2014

In one of the largest-ever corporate transactions, Computershare returned $85bn to Vodafone shareholders and re-distributed $100bn of new Vodafone shares.

We would like to thank Vodafone, Computershare and Verizon for their innovative inclusion of ShareGift in the transaction.

This has allowed ShareGift to make donations to hundreds of charities as suggested by Vodafone shareholders and the companies involved.
